9. Account and Auditing :

(1) The Central Committee and District Committee shall have to maintain the book of account of income and expenditure in the format as
prescribed in prevailing laws.
(2) The Auditing of the income and expenditure of Central Committee and District Committees shall be made by the Office of the Auditor General.
